Evaluation Criteria For Patients

In order to protect patients, staff and doctors, all patients will be evaluated over the phone when scheduling and when they arrive at the office.
Adult patients will need to come by themselves into the office; for patients with a child under 18 only 1 parent and child will be allowed into the office.
If you have any or present with any of these symptoms, we will need to reschedule your appointment and ask that you go to your regular medical health provider.

The COVID-19 virus has placed many challenges on everyone and for those of us in the healthcare industry we want to make sure we get it right. We are taking every precaution possible as recommended by the Center for Disease Control, The American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association along with the Governors office.
